Visits to our office are by appointment only. 

This is so that we can give everyone we work for the time and space to ask questions and explore all options. We are often have appointments available on the same day you call.

 

Our core office hours are 7.30am – 3pm but we really believe that we should work around our clients and their availability so it is possible to have an appointment with us at any time of day that is most convenient for you.

 

We are available 24/7 and you will usually speak to Lucy no matter what time you call.

 

If a person has died at home or in a care home and you aren’t sure what to do, you can call us any time of the day or night and we will talk you through next steps.
