COVID
Throughout the pandemic, we have taken Coronavirus extremely seriously and adhered to all Covid guidelines and even going above and beyond their recommendations.
While there is no legal requirement to wear masks, take Covid tests, wear masks or isolate if you have tested positive for Covid, myself and those working for me still adhere to these rules.
We do have our own rules in place regarding Covid to keep you safe, to keep our staff safe and so we can continue to help everyone who may require our services.
- If you have tested positive for Covid, please do not come to our office to arrange a service. We can still help you remotely until you test negative
- We require everyone visiting our office to wear a surgical mask or FFP2 mask for the whole time you are with us and it must be worn correctly
- If a person has tested positive for Covid or has been treated for Covid prior to their death, it is not possible for you to visit the person while they are in our care
We appreciate that our rules may be very difficult for people but we must do everything we can to keep everyone as safe as possible.
